Bürgerausee Kuchl

A true oasis for recreation seekers and active people can be found centrally located in Kuchl. Next to the emerald-coloured Bürgerausee lake with mountain views, the Salzach river beckons with a surfing wave. On the other side of the lake, a skate park and beach volleyball court are waiting for you to let off steam. But there is also a Kneipp facility, a kiosk and much more.
Boredom doesn’t stand a chance in and around the Bürgerausee lake in Kuchl. The range of leisure activities is huge and completely free of charge. There is also something for all age groups: from an adventure playground to a diving tower to a therapy staircase. A 1.5 km long circular path invites you to take a leisurely walk. Of course, you can also indulge in sweet idleness on the sunbathing lawn or watch the hustle and bustle over an ice cream.
