(Snowshoe-) Hike to the Zinkenstüberl

On snowshoes uphill, downhill, simply cross-country or through the forest: New perspectives open up. The already enchanting impressions of the wintry landscapes are then shown from another side.

The cross-border snowshoe hike to the Zinkenstüberl starts in Bad Dürrnberg. Along the Rumpelgasse it then goes steeply uphill to the border point Gmerk. In Bavaria it goes parallel to the Rossfeldstraße sometimes along the forest, sometimes right through it. Later you hike on a forest road uphill towards Zinkenkogel, which is half circled on this tour. Finally arrived at the Zinkenstüberl, you can rest and feast. Who then no longer wants to trudge downhill, can also take the chairlift.
