Art under the open sky
If you walk along the hiking trail along the Königsseeache from Gartenau to Marktschellenberg, you will encounter various witnesses of contemporary sculpture. The LEUBE Sculpture Trail was started in 2008 with the “Tree Spiral” in memory of the company founder Gustav Ernst Leube.
To date, this sculpture trail grows, which can be understood as a public place for modern art. Selected are sculptures that are easily accessible in a large format and fit into the landscape. Some of the sculptures use cement as a raw material, thus establishing the relationship with the company LEUBE.
